Great fun fishing with the whole family
I was talking with a buddy of mine the other day where I might take the kids for a little fishing and he mentioned a pond in Folsom he used to fish… In hopes of getting the kids hooked up with some fish, the family and I decided to head out early Saturday, the day before Fathers Day. The pond looks great and would be awesome to fish in a float tube. As you can see from the pic, we were able to find a VERY small bit of shoreline and get our lines wet. Although I did hook a nice bass that I never saw, we were only able to get a couple more dinks… I think the kids were more interested in the mud and ducks.
We started getting pretty hot real quick, no breeze… So we decide to stop off at Folsom an the way home. It was much cooler and even though it was the middle of the day by now, we did locate a few more dinks…
